Free Computer Q&A at Third Place Commons
Normally we meet at the Stadler
Meeting Room in the Third Place Commons, just north of Seattle in Town Center at Lake Forest
Park (directions and time below). We have been
offering these small group sessions for over nine years as a
community service.
However, in light of the current
health crisis, we are going online using Zoom for
the foreseeable future.
Typically
sessions are on the fourth Sunday of the month.
We are now in our ninth season
of sessions. Usually the session begins with a presentation
on a topic of general interest. Then we spend the
rest of our time chatting about the questions you bring to
the room or submit in advance. Details are below:
Next Session:

Topic: Exploring Favorite Computer Myths We have been collecting a stack of tech beliefs and traditional notions around technology from many of you. It is time for some examination to see if they are true or not. Bring your curiosity and share your questions to be part of the discussion. If you can share a myth or two in advance, send them to brian@bostonlegacyworks.com. Thanks! Upcoming

Questions and Concerns
Either submit your questions in advance or bring them to the session to share. You can also bring your laptop to show problem or illustrate your question. Highly technical or system-specific questions may be beyond the scope of the session and require a separate one-on-one session. Submit your question in advance if you aren't sure whether it can be answered during the Q&A. |
Submit Your General Topic
Have a topic idea you think would be interesting to discuss? Use this submission form to share your idea. Submit Questions for the next Computer Q&A session. Questions in advance will often get more complete answers, especially if they require some research. Use this entry form to present your question. |
